We wanted to share with you some of the things we are doing during this unprecedented situation. We are working to provide you with the best service that we have been known for, while at the same time ensuring that each of our customers and employees are healthy and safe, and all precautions are being taken.

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the United-States, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners and manufacturer to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date. Current estimated lead time is 2 to 8 Business weeks, "Some exceptions may apply". 

Some scooters & lift chairs may ship earlier, depending on the availability. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for being our customer, and we appreciate your support more than ever at this time. 

Despite the current circumstances affecting scooter production, Scooters and More is working closely with the manufacturer to get your order out the door in a timely manner. Additionally, the manufacturer prioritized your place in line for the item, successfully allocating the new stock towards your order, and will have it shipped once production is completed.

Refund after placing an order:

A 100% refund is applicable up to 15 days from the day the unit is ordered online.

A 20% charge fee, is applicable if order canceled after 15 days, due to shipping delays or other.

Restocking Fees

Returnable products "including refused delivery without notice or not answering the carrier phone call to schedule a delivery time",  require a restocking fee and this will be determined as below.

  • Scooters: 20% restocking fee
  • Power Chairs, Auto Lifts & Ramps: 20% restocking fee
  • Lift Chairs & Manual Wheelchairs: 20% restocking fee
  • All other items: 15% restocking fee

The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping coasts.

Return Rules And Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must include the original packing slip or your sales receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  • Your returned item must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.
  • Notification received by Scooters and More that a customer would like to initiate a return must be made within 30 days from the day the unit is delivered. Notification must be made either by calling 407-866-1119, or by completing a return form here: RETURN REQUEST. Please include “30-Day Trial Return” in the comments.

     • Units returned without an authorization from Scooters and More will not be refunded.

     • Customers must have a valid email address.

     • The 30 Day Trial return is only applicable to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

Return Exceptions

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from

Lift chairs:  If a lift chair has been ordered with upgrades, it can not be returned.  Upgrades can take the form of lift chairs with upgraded or custom fabrics (such as vinyl, leather, suede, etc.) or any other configuration that deviates from the default chair package.  The Leather Lift Chair is also custom ordered and can not be returned.

If the lift chair hasn't been upgraded, there is a $200 cancellation fee.

Lift chairs that have been upgraded can not be cancelled once they begin being built. Example, " Wide and extra wide lift chairs,  PR756 collection, PR355-L, PR531 collection. 

Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Bath and Safety Products
  • Personal or Hygiene Products
  • Batteries, Chargers or Electrical components
  • Used equipment
  • Special/custom orders
  • Replacement Parts
  • Face masks, Wipes, Hand sanitizers
  • Massage Recliners - We do not accept returns on massage recliners.
