• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, your offer for an item is accepted, or if you have the winning bid (or your bid is otherwise accepted)

2.Fees

ZERO FEE for using our Services. You do not pay any extra fee, for using our auction services.

3.Authorization to Contact You

Scooters and more may contact you at any telephone number you provided us to;

1- notify you regarding your account;

2- troubleshoot problems with your account;

3- Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information is governed by the User Privacy Notice.
